Company Leadership
The foundation for Crush Mode began 20 years ago when founder Micah Tysver set foot on his first sand & gravel operation as a college intern. His passion for the industry grew while working in operations with Aggregate Industries, a Holcim company, in mining, aggregate production, safety, environmental, and more. In 2016, Micah transitioned to the aggregate equipment dealership side, focusing on growing his customer relationships and delivering aggregate solutions across the Midwest.
Micah completed his B.S. degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead. 2004, and graduated from the University of Leicester, in Northern England, with a PGC in Aggregate Management and Quarry Operations.
Growing up on a farm in NW MN, with 6 siblings, and playing competitive sports throughout college played a vital role in his work ethic, avoiding shortcuts, and constantly striving to be a better version of himself.
When he’s not working on all things aggregate, Micah spends the majority of his time with his family, supporting his wife through her high school volleyball coaching schedule as well as chasing their 3 children all over the country in their competitive sports.
